He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and his MBA from Boston College.

Melanie Payton is a Vice President at Brown & Brown, with more than 25 years of experience in the absence and disability space. Melanie is responsible for all aspects of absence management programs for SNS' clients including plan and process assessments, compliance reviews, RFP's, vendor selections, benchmarking, and managing the absence consultants and audit practice. She holds a Bachelor of Science, Zoology degree from The Ohio State University.
