Dr. Josh Halperin serves as Senior Vice President & Clinical Division Leader, Pharmacy Consulting Services for Brown & Brown. As a healthcare leader and pharmacist, Joshua focuses on providing actionable analytics, opportunities, and recommendations to empower clients in clinical and financial benefits decision-making. He currently serves a diverse portfolio of clients including large hospital systems, Fortune 500 companies, labor unions, and government-funded health plans. Previously, Joshua was the Director of Regulatory Operations at an integrated multi-state health plan and PBM with responsibility for over one million lives. In this role, he oversaw clinical and regulatory operations, including compliance, accreditation, formulary development and administration, disease management programs and clinical account management. Josh graduated from Midwestern University with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree and is a licensed pharmacist in Michigan and Illinois.

Dr. Lindsey Ladell serves as Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Consulting Services at Brown & Brown. Her work centers on translating complex data and clinical insights into meaningful strategies that optimize both clinical outcomes and financial performance. Prior to joining Brown & Brown in 2025, Lindsey led diverse programs at the Zablocki VA Health Care System, focusing on initiatives that enhanced safety for both Veterans and employees. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, completed two years of residency training in Medication Use and Safety, and pursued a patient safety fellowship. Lindsey is board certified in Pharmacotherapy and licensed to practice pharmacy in Wisconsin.
