With over 20 years of consulting experience, she partners with a wide range of human capital leaders across diverse industries. Chana specializes in advancing total health equity through intentional, innovative health and welfare benefit strategies that balance and strengthen people-centric goals with cost management and long-term financial stability. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kansas Wesleyan University.

Laura Birkel leads the National Pharmacy Consulting team at Brown & Brown. Before taking on this role with the harmonization of Brown & Brown's pharmacy teammates, Laura led Pharmacy Management Services at Brown & Brown - Risk Solutions (Axia), focused on pharmacy consulting to health plans and employers. Laura joined Brown & Brown over 10 years ago and has over 20 years of experience in PBM and Health and Welfare consulting. Her specializations include overall strategy development, RFP development and negotiation, reporting, vendor oversight/management, auditing and cost management strategy development. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin – Eu Claire.

Dannielle Sherrets serves as the Director of Brown & Brown's Innovation Hub as well as a Regional Population Health & Well-Being Senior Consultant for the Mid-Atlantic area. She brings over 18 years of experience working with employers on issues related to employee health and well-being. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Dannielle spent much of her career at the Business Group on Health, leading their Institute on Innovation in Workforce Well-being and Health Innovation Forum. Dannielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the College of Charleston and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The George Washington University.
