Duane Finley serves as a Loss Prevention Consultant at Summit Holdings, where he delivers comprehensive safety and risk management support to a diverse portfolio of construction and general industry customers throughout the Orlando, Florida, region.
With over 29 years of dedicated experience in the safety and loss prevention field, Duane is a highly respected safety professional known for driving impactful safety initiatives across diverse industries and geographic regions. Throughout his career, he has held influential roles at the corporate level, including serving as Vice President of Safety for Bluegreen Vacations and contributing significantly to safety operations at Marriott Vacations Worldwide.
He has developed and implemented numerous safety programs and process safety management systems, including comprehensive corporate-wide safety programs tailored for both multi-unit and individual business segments. His leadership has extended across as many as 110 locations spanning the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean, where he has consistently championed a culture of safety, compliance and operational excellence.
He holds multiple certifications in Safety, Risk Management and Loss Prevention, complemented by specialized training in OSHA standards for both Construction and General Industry.
