Chana specializes in advancing total health equity through intentional, innovative health and welfare benefit strategies that balance and strengthen people-centric goals with cost management and long-term financial stability. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kansas Wesleyan University.

Prior to this role, Laura led Pharmacy Management Services at Brown & Brown - Risk Solutions (Axia), focused on pharmacy consulting to health plans and employers. Her specializations include overall strategy development, RFP development and negotiation, reporting, vendor oversight/management, auditing and cost management strategy development. Laura holds a bachelor's degree in business administration – human resources from the University of Wisconsin (Eau Claire).
