Drew Brandom is a tenured employee benefit consultant of 10+ years. He has worked with groups as small as 10 employees and upwards of 2,000 employees during his career. With a specialization in large-group insurance, he applies the large-group philosophy to small-group employers.

Joe Langer is originally from Buffalo, New York, now residing in Jacksonville, Florida. Joe focuses on being an industry specialist in order to bring the impactful strategies to businesses across the country. After working at some of the most well-known hospital systems in New York and Florida, Joe decided to use his experience in claim and contract negotiation to pivot into the health insurance/employee benefit arena. With his unique experience and personality, Joe is able to bring dynamic solutions to businesses large and small.

Ashley Diaz serves as Brown & Brown’s Senior Population Health & Well-Being Consultant for the Southeast region. She works with employers to develop strategic data-driven approaches to help improve health outcomes, reduce costs and increase workforce productivity. Ashley brings over nine years of experience consulting in workforce health and productivity in the middle-market. She is passionate about taking an integrated, inclusive, human-centered approach to population health and well-being, and addressing barriers that prevent employees from thriving. Ashley is an active member of Brown & Brown’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) Advisory Council as well as a co-leader for the Black Excellence Teammate Resource Group (TRG). Prior to joining the Brown & Brown team, Ashley spent 3 years in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) consulting and training. Ashley resides in Central Florida with her husband, two kids and two fur babies. She is an avid reader, Peloton enthusiast and foodie.
