Danielle Seraphine is a Health and Wellness Consultant in the Employee Benefits Division of Brown & Brown. Danielle has over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industries. Prior to joining Hays Companies in 2022, she spent 10 years planning, organizing, and implementing recreation, fitness and wellness programs for youth and adult populations. These roles included strategic and operational planning, business development and fiscal management. Danielle has a passion for community engagement and providing an exceptional customer service experience while impacting lives through wellness initiatives.
At Hays, Danielle works with prospective and current clients to understand their unique organizational needs and provide guidance on health and wellness program creation, strategy, and growth. She provides health data analysis and interpretation, evaluation of health programs, and facilitates client presentations. Danielle works with clients on every detail of their health and wellness program to reach strategic short and long-term goals and improve overall levels of wellness for their employees.
Danielle has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Community Health and a Master of Science degree in Sports Management.
