Ashley is a Senior Consultant in the Southeast for Brown & Brown’s Population Health and Well-being team. Ashley brings over 8 years of experience in employee benefits, workforce health and productivity. She is passionate about taking an integrated, human-centered approach to population health and well-being, and addressing barriers that prevent employees from thriving. Ashley also serves on Brown & Brown’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) Advisory Council and as Co-Lead of the Brown & Brown Black Excellence TRG. Ashley resides in Central FL with her husband, two-children and 80-pound fur baby. She’s an avid reader, peloton enthusiast and foodie.
