Thomas Goeltz, CSP

After the death of his daughter Megan to a distracted driver in Minnesota, Tom became a Victim’s Advocate with the National Safety Council. He fights Distracted Driving and was instrumental in helping establish the new Minnesota Hands Free law in 2019 and is now working on bills in Wisconsin and other states.

Thomas Goeltz, CSP is the Senior Vice President, Risk Management Services with Brown & Brown and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Tom has 36+ years of Risk Management/Safety Consulting Experience and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
Tom graduated with a BSE degree in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater
He is OSHA Outreach Trainer – Construction 10 & 30 Hour courses.
