Merger & Acquisition Risks and Insurance Trends for 2024

A Three-Part Webinar Series

Merger & acquisition (M&A) risks, and the solutions for managing them, continue to evolve year after year. To manage these changes, conducting due diligence during any acquisition can make the difference you need, but it is a formidable challenge. During this process, risk management and insurance will require the most scrutiny. Overlooking these can prove harmful to your business. Inadequately managed risk or insufficient insurance coverage could mean unforeseen costs and distractions during the acquisition.

In this three-part webinar series, our seasoned professionals will discuss insights and experiences from the field. They will share practical strategies to help mitigate risks and fortify your deal against potential setbacks. In addition, we will educate business leaders on emerging products and solutions in the market to address legacy liabilities.

Each session will build on the previous one, but you do not need to attend all to benefit from the insights shared. Please register for what is most relevant to you.
