\n Brown & Brown Expands Personal Lines Leadership; Hires Caitlin Rascelles as Retail Vice President and National Personal Lines Leader\n <\/h1>\n\t\n <\/div>[vc_column_text]DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.<\/strong>, November 28, 2023<\/strong> \u2013 Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE: BRO) has announced the appointment of Caitlin Rascelles as Retail vice president and national personal lines leader. Caitlin will be responsible for creating, implementing and executing strategic initiatives to grow and scale Brown & Brown\u2019s personal lines business. She will report to Retail senior leaders Rich Knudson and Mike Keeby.<\/p>\n

In her new role, Caitlin will work collaboratively with the national personal lines leadership team to strengthen our personal lines capabilities and service offerings, as well as expand our carrier relationships and ensure a consistent customer experience that aligns with the organization\u2019s growth objectives.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to enhance our personal lines team and continue to invest in delivering robust solutions to our customers,\u201d stated Mike Keeby. \u201cCaitlin\u2019s experience, coupled with her expansive personal lines knowledge, will benefit our teammates and customers.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cCaitlin is a proven leader who has been continuously recognized for her ability to develop critical relationships, both internally and externally, that lead to significant business results,\u201d commented Rich Knudson. \u201cWe look forward to leveraging this skill to lead our personal lines team to greater collaboration and continued growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Caitlin served as senior vice president of the Western zone at PURE Insurance, where she was responsible for ensuring the growth and profit of 13 states across the West and ran the Scottsdale, Arizona office.<\/p>\n

Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Buffalo. She holds an associate degree in Commercial Underwriting, an associate degree in General Insurance and an Effective Communication certificate from Cornell ILR School. She is passionate about philanthropic and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion endeavors.<\/p>\n
