Brown & Brown (Europe) Limited (\u201cBrown & Brown\u201d) has acquired 100% of the share capital of HoldCo NHL Ltd, the holding company of Nsure Ltd (\u201cNsure\u201d), a specialist commercial Chartered insurance broker based in Worthing, West Sussex, with an expertise in renewables.<\/p>\n

The business will become part of Brown & Brown\u2019s South East retail broker, Greens, under the leadership of Duncan Coleman. Nsure\u2019s Managing Director Phil Bristow and his broking team will continue to operate in their Worthing office under the existing brand.<\/p>\n

Duncan Coleman said the acquisition of Nsure brings significant expertise in the fast-growing renewables sector, as well as a highly competent and experienced team. \u201cPhil [Bristow] has overseen the creation of an exceptional business with a great reputation for customer servicing and a strong presence along the South Coast.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s great news that they have agreed to become part of Brown & Brown, and I want to extend a warm welcome to the Nsure team; I look forward to supporting them as they embark on the next stage of their development.\u201d<\/p>\n

Commenting on the acquisition, Phil Bristow said: \u201cThe opportunity to become part of Brown & Brown was too good to miss. I\u2019m confident that we will go from strength to strength during the next phase for the benefit of our people and our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n
