The Hope to Dream Foundation was started in 2010 by Ashley HomeStore, a home furniture and d\u00e9cor chain. The Foundation began in Jacksonville, Florida, with the hope to directly and positively impact children in their community. Since their start, the Hope to Dream Foundation has donated over 80,000 beds nationally and over 2,500 beds locally.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the Hope to Dream Foundation held a Back-to-School Bash at the Ritz Theater and Museum. In attendance were 60 children and their parents\/guardians who enjoyed activities, lunch, and prizes &#8211; including a backpack full of school supplies for every child.<\/p>\n<p>Kids &#8220;entered to win&#8221; a bed, only to find out that every single one of them would have a free bed, mattress, bedding and pillows delivered to them in time for the start of the school year! Every child deserves a good night&#8217;s sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Our Brown &amp; Brown Jacksonville office was proud to support this fantastic cause. Kathleen Kam Larson and Pilar Willis Dixon attended the event to help support the activities.
