These foundational pilings, and while not visible once vertical construction takes place, are the key to ensuring that our new building is Built to Last\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p>Each piling location is targeted, drilled down, and filled with 6,000 psi grout as the auger is raised. The team then drops rebar or a metal cage to reinforce the piling. Watch the video above to see how this process is seamlessly performed.<\/p>\n<p>Next up? Laying the foundation!
