\n Katie Palmer Promoted to National Operations Leader for Personal Insurance\n <\/h1>\n\t\n <\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., December 4, 2024 –<\/strong> Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO) is excited to announce the promotion of Katie Palmer to national operations leader for the Retail segment\u2019s personal insurance practice. In this role, Katie will help drive retention and revenue growth for the organization through impactful leadership, strategic planning and collaboration with team leaders across the country.<\/p>\n

Katie will report to Caitlin Rascelles, national personal lines leader, to develop and implement best practices for service standards and optimize talent resources to improve the business’s overall operations.<\/p>\n

“Katie’s long tenure with Brown & Brown has enabled her to build exceptionally strong relationships, internally with key stakeholders and externally with our customers,\u201d said Caitlin. \u201cThese relationships will allow Katie to make an immediate impact in this newly created leadership position, and we are very excited for the future growth of the Retail personal lines business.”<\/p>\n

Katie shared, “I am looking forward to this exciting opportunity. My goal is to work with our national carrier partners to help secure favorable terms for our customers while constantly evolving to find better solutions in an ever-changing marketplace.”<\/p>\n

Katie has been a teammate at Brown & Brown since 2012. Before this promotion, she was a senior vice president and private client team leader, working with producers and service teams on business opportunities. She is based in Florida and works in the Brown & Brown Daytona Beach office. Katie is an active member of her community, sitting on multiple boards and being involved with local organizations.<\/p>\n
