\n Brown & Brown Names Veronica Jimenez as National Personal Lines Sales Leader\n <\/h1>\n\t\n <\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., September 12, 2024 \u2013 Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO) is pleased to announce that Veronica Jimenez has been named to the newly created position of national personal lines sales leader. In this role, Jimenez will partner with Brown & Brown leaders across the Retail business to drive sales pipeline and revenue growth. Jimenez will report directly to Caitlin Rascelles, Retail segment vice president and national personal lines leader.<\/p>\n

Jimenez will work closely with Rascelles on carrier management, including leveraging carrier products and expanding capacity for new business opportunities. She will also be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of sales training within our internal learning and development platform and leading national sales calls to discuss ways to leverage technology, data and analytics to enhance the customer experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cVeronica’s promotion to this new role reflects the commitment to the expansion of our personal lines business and will help us streamline our operations to accelerate our growth,\u201d said Rascelles. \u201cWe are confident that through increased collaboration and future investments in our personal lines business, we will be well-positioned to enhance the services and solutions available to our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jimenez began her career at Brown & Brown in 2013, having most recently held the position of executive vice president\u2014regional private client leader. In addition to her current role at Brown & Brown, she also serves as secretary on the board of directors at the First Call for Help of Broward, a hotline that connects families in need with the proper community resources.<\/p>\n
