Travis Kolupanowich
Travis Kolupanowich
Travis joined Coalition in 2021 and was relocated from SLC to ATL in 2023 for his current position where he helps brokers and their insureds navigate the evolving cyber space and secure industry leading coverage.
Travis holds two bachelor’s degrees from Utah State University and later earned his MBA while simultaneously pursuing a career in technology. This background gives him a unique perspective on the intersection of business operations, risk management, and cyber insurance.
Today, you might see him speaking in Coalitions “Continuing Education” webinars, attending industry conferences, or in the office of insurance brokers relaying the never-ending evolutions in the industry. His goal is to simplify these complex dynamics and help businesses stay protected in an increasingly digital world. Personally, he loves outdoor recreation, his golden retriever, and adding to his plant collection.
Xavier Watson
Xavier Watson
Xavier has been with Coalition for three years supporting the growth of both its executive risk and cyber book of business, with a recent shift of focus to the Southeast, where he calls home. He proudly shows up to work every day knowing that he is continuing the company’s mantra of “Protecting the unprotected.”
When he’s not speaking on the importance of coverage and mitigating remote desktop exposures, you'll find him on his homestead in rural Tennessee, with his wife and 2 children (2 and 1 years old). He’s passionate about the outdoors and spends as much time gardening, hunting, fishing, and hiking as he can.
