Kevin founded AGIS Network Inc. in 1998 to promote caregiving education and LTC insurance. Over the last several decades, AGIS has become one of the largest employer-based LTC distributors in the country, developing proprietary enrollment platforms and implementing worksite LTC insurance. AGIS became a Brown & Brown company in 2021. Prior to founding AGIS, Kevin was with UNUM in Texas and Hawaii.

Kevin joined Brown & Brown Absence Services Group in 2015 as an Account Services Executive and advanced to the role of Customer Relationship Manager. In these roles, he collaborated with long-term disability carrier partners, driving metric performance and analysis while fostering strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders. Kevin also managed teams to ensure the seamless execution of services aligned with customer needs.
In 2024, he was promoted to Director of Market Development. Kevin now oversees the promotion of the company’s comprehensive suite of services. He is dedicated to enhancing partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities, and continuously improving the value delivered to clients and industry partners.
Outside of work, Kevin stays busy as a proud father to his 5-year-old daughter and 3-year-old twin boys. Despite his packed schedule, he still finds time to enjoy golfing with friends.
