Pam Caron Honored with NWRA 2025 Distinguished Service Award
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Jan. 26, 2026 — Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE: BRO) today announced that Pam Caron, Senior Vice President of its Waste & Recycling practice, has been honored with the 2025 Distinguished Service Award by the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA), recognizing her exceptional leadership and contributions to the industry.
The Distinguished Service Award celebrates Pam’s pivotal role with NWRA, particularly her work on the NWRA Women’s Council. As Fundraising Chair, she led record-breaking efforts to support the Council’s professional development initiatives. During her tenure as President of the Women’s Council, she successfully drove membership growth and strengthened engagement, inspiring new and long-standing members across the organization.

The awards ceremony, held aboard the historic USS Midway during the annual NWRA Industry Conference in San Diego from January 19–21, 2026, brought together industry leaders to celebrate this year’s honorees.
