Immediately following, we’ll have our Hoops Hysteria event with lunch, desserts, cocktails, and a big-screen TV to watch the March Madness basketball games.

Keynote Speakers
Tiffany McDaniel
Tiffany has 10 years of experience in absence management, specializing in statutory leaves, disability, and accommodations. Her experience includes roles as a case manager, people leader, and senior leadership member within the vendor space. Tiffany has successfully collaborated with a diverse range of clients across various industries and company sizes. Currently, she serves as an Absence Consultant, where she partners with clients to optimize their leave of absence programs, including FMLA and state leaves, as well as accommodations. She also works closely with internal teams to conduct thorough audits, ensuring that vendors administer programs according to client specifications.
Sam Thomeier
Sam is a Senior Director, Distribution with herronpalmer, Brown & Brown’s HR, Benefits Administration Sourcing and Compensation advisory practice. He brings over 16 years of industry experience and is responsible for consulting with clients, advising them how to drive sustained success and continuous growth in a variety of HR processes and initiatives. Before joining herronpalmer, Sam spent several years as a relationship manager with Bridgeway Benefit Technologies, the leading benefits administration software partner in the Taft-Hartley, multi-employer space. Sam’s strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills made him a trusted advisor to Bridgeway’s 20 largest TPA customers, resulting in increased engagement with Bridgeway’s product suite, increased revenue, and stronger partnerships. Prior to his time with Bridgeway, Sam spent eight years with Willis Towers Watson (WTW), beginning his career as a Business Analyst and eventually earning a promotion to Senior Associate, joining the Benefits Administration sales team as a Sales and Implementation Consultant. Sam was instrumental in new business development and oversaw the implementation of WTW’s award-winning administration and service center resources for over a dozen large-market clients in both the Health & Welfare and Pension space. Sam’s relationship building skills lead to smooth and cohesive delivery and consistent client satisfaction.
