Consultant, Compensation​ Project Manager

Hannah Hargrave is a Consultant, Compensation Project Manager for herronpalmer and is in Colorado. Hannah is responsible for managing projects in various areas of Compensation and Total Rewards. This includes conducting research and maintaining market awareness across various industries and labor markets; creating structures that support internal equity and external competitiveness; and developing tools and resources to assist with administration, while supporting compliance.   

Hannah’s professional and educational background brings a distinct perspective to her role, with varied experience in research, higher education, and healthcare. Her approach to project management stems from her evidenced-based practice mindset in research settings, using mixed methods to approach multifaceted organizational questions. She has learned how to provide depth and breadth of insight to complex and unique situations. She applies this mindset to client projects, ensuring delivery of individualized and thoughtful solutions. Additionally, Hannah’s passion for education and professional development helps develop a motivating work environment that encourages effective change management. 

Hannah prides herself in being solution-focused. She loves to dive into data and analytics to make informed decisions and enjoys collaborating with people on projects.

Sharee Bowsher​
Senior Director Client Engagement & 
Business Development

Sharee Bowsher is a thought leader in the pharmacy and healthcare industry and Certified Self-Funding Specialist as designated through the Health Care Administrators Association. As a former Board Member for the Wisconsin Association of Healthcare Underwriters, she has collaborated with plan sponsors to develop meaningful plans around pharmaceutical spend decision-making.  Sharee began her career at Caremark Specialty Pharmacy over twenty years ago and has since contributed to Sales and Account Team strategy during her time at Walgreens Health Services and Serve You Rx.  Currently, Sharee is Senior Director of Client Engagement & Business Development at Remedy Analytics, where she ardently aids customers in utilizing Remedy’s data intelligence and clinical insight to help reduce their drug spend and improve the management of their members’ health.
