About Me
My name is Cameron Delfino, and I am a Benefits Analyst at the Brown & Brown Parsippany, New Jersey office. I have been with Brown & Brown for three years and have gained knowledge from a variety of experiences and opportunities I have had during my time in the insurance industry.
I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a double major in Journalism & Media Studies and Communication with a Specialization in Strategic Public Communication and Public Relations. I also completed a minor in Digital Communication, Information and Media, which has been extremely helpful in my current role at Brown & Brown.
How Do You Like to Spend Your Free Time?
When I’m not working, I spend a lot of time with my family. Living in Northern New Jersey, I try and stay active whether it’s going on hikes, paddle boarding or playing pickle ball.
If You Could Live Anywhere, Where Would it Be?
If I could live anywhere, I would choose California. The weather is beautiful and there is always something to do.
What Motivates You to Work Hard?
My teammates motivate me to work hard by challenging me to be the best that I can be and giving me the opportunity to learn new things.
What Was Your Favorite Class in School Growing Up?
Growing up, my favorite class was communications. This class taught me a lot of valuable skills that have been applicable to my everyday life.
What Is Your Favorite Power of BE and Why?
My favorite Power of BE is BE Trustworthy. I want to be a person that my teammates can count on and turn to for help when they need it.
