Shawn Moran began his career in 2002 as a business manager at an automotive dealership before becoming a successful finance director in the RV & Marine industry. In 2008, he founded F&I Consulting Unlimited, which quickly gained a reputation for excellence in the RV industry. His agency was acquired by Brown & Brown in 2013, forming the largest RV Master General Agency in the U.S. Today, Shawn provides nationwide finance training, holds insurance licenses and enjoys family time and outdoor activities in Troutman, NC.

Ashlyn has over a decade of experience in the powersports and RV dealership industry, holding roles from Finance & Insurance Manager to General Manager. Her career began in 2005, advancing rapidly in sales and finance roles, and later contributing significantly to the growth of a large RV & Marine group. Now at Brown & Brown Insurance, she focuses on F&I talent development in the RV sector. Ashlyn is passionate about helping dealers excel and enjoys family time, gardening and caring for her animals in Troutman, NC.

A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Neal began his career at Brown & Brown before transitioning into the RV industry as an F&I Manager for six years. He has since returned to Brown & Brown Dealer Services as an F&I Trainer, helping dealer clients optimize backend product sales and understand lender programs. Outside of work, Neal enjoys Atlanta Braves baseball, Louisville Cardinals athletics, and spending time at the lake with his girlfriend, Alyssa, and their two miniature dachshunds, Augustus and Newton.

Greg is a highly experienced professional with over a decade spent in the RV industry. He combines hands-on technical skills with strategic leadership, ensuring smooth operations between administrators, agents, dealers and clients. Greg’s industry knowledge and trusted guidance have consistently enhanced business managers’ efficiency and profitability. Residing in Florida, Greg enjoys time with his family and grandchildren. When not working, his passion for restoring vintage cars keeps him engaged, reflecting his attention to detail and commitment to excellence both professionally and personally.
