Jared Hansen

Jared Hansen is the Regional Population Health Consultant for the western region at Brown & Brown. Jared provides expertise that includes more than 16 years of corporate wellness, population health program design, strategy, and analysis with insurance carriers, brokers, and private enterprise consultation.

In addition, Jared is a member of the American Public Health Association and serves on the Population Health Management Committee for the American College of Radiology. Jared earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Utah and a Master of Applied Science in Spatial Analytics for Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.

Erin Callinan

Erin Callinan is the Founder of Beneath The Brave where she provides training and consulting to help amplify workplaces, careers, and lives by strengthening mental health. She develops and facilitates cutting-edge training programs, including her Leading From the Top Workplace Training which gives companies the tools they need to support the mental wellness of their team.

Erin holds a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and brings with her 15 years of leadership and consulting experience in mental health response, crisis intervention, and advocacy. She works with her clients through the lens of being a national trainer, published author, entrepreneur, and peer who is successfully living with bipolar disorder.

Erin is a Nationally Certified Instructor for both Adult Mental Health First Aid and QPR Gatekeeper Suicide Prevention Courses. Participants walk away with the tools they need to recognize, respond, and act when an individual may be struggling with mental health challenges or thoughts of suicide or. She is the Board President of MIKID, the largest family run, mental health non-profit organization in Arizona which provides support groups, counseling, and education to children and teens.

Erin is an Advisory Committee Member on the Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness Council to review investigative reports of abuse and neglect in facilities that care for or treat individuals with mental illness. She was previously the Executive Director of Mental Health America of Arizona and led training on workplace resilience and legislative advocacy. During this time, she was the recipient of the 2017 Emerging Leader of the Year Award while working on her masters from the National Association of Social Workers Arizona.

In 2021, Erin was selected by Mayor Deasy of her hometown of Flagstaff as the recipient of the World Bipolar Day Proclamation, introduced and signed on March 30th. Her proudest moment is being a Mentor to a beautiful teenager through New Pathways for Youth for the last 10 years.
