\n Brown & Brown Expands Its Healthcare Team With the Addition of Matthew Siciliani As Executive Vice President, Healthcare Growth Officer\n <\/h1>\n\t\n <\/div>[vc_column_text]DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.<\/strong>, Aug. 8, 2022<\/strong> \u2013 \u00a0Brown & Brown is pleased to announce the expansion of its healthcare team with the addition of Matthew Siciliani as executive vice president, healthcare growth officer. In this role, Matt will drive strategic planning and innovation related to the distribution of services and solutions supported by actionable analytics to assist healthcare organizations in better identifying, quantifying, mitigating and financing risk. He will also collaborate with other product group leaders to develop, enhance and deliver solutions that align with the risk appetite of our customers and drive new business. Matthew will work out of the Sacramento office.<\/p>\n

Matt brings over 25 years of experience in providing risk financing solutions to healthcare organizations nationwide. His extensive knowledge of complex healthcare risks will collectively benefit Brown & Brown\u2019s current and future customers.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Matt served as senior vice president of Underwriting and Business Development for Premier Insurance Management Services, Inc. and The American Excess Insurance Exchange, a Reciprocal RRG (AEIX). Before that, he spent 16 years with the Doctor\u2019s Management Company as an underwriting officer with various underwriting, production and operational roles.<\/p>\n

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSM) from Pacific Union College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Lundquist School of Business at the University of Oregon.<\/p>\n
