\n Brown & Brown Appoints Michael Gehman as Vice President of Aviation\n <\/h1>\n\t\n <\/div>[vc_column_text]DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., May 1, 2023<\/strong> \u2013 Brown & Brown announced today the appointment of Michael Gehman as a vice president of aviation. Gehman has extensive experience working in a variety of roles within insurance agency operations, including the placing, servicing, brokering and front-line underwriting for commercial property and casualty customers across various industries. His aviation experience includes full-service FBO line service and airline ramp agent\/ground operations.<\/p>\n

As the vice president of aviation, Gehman will be responsible for brokering existing aviation customers and collaborating with internal resources to help capitalize on new and existing opportunities for them aviation team.<\/p>\n

In joining the team, Gehman said, \u201cI am excited to join the Brown & Brown aviation team. I look forward to combining my insurance knowledge with my lifelong passion for aviation to help better serve our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMichael will be a key contributor to our continued success in the aviation market,\u201d said Alison Wynne, vice president, aviation practice leader of Brown & Brown. \u201cWe have experienced tremendous growth in our aviation practice, and Michael\u2019s knowledge and experience will help us expand our overall capability offerings to customers and teammates.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gehman is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a chartered property and casualty underwriter (CPCU), certified insurance counselor (CIC) and holds an associate in risk management (ARM).
