Initially, the deadline to create new login.gov accounts and link EFAST2 accounts to this portal was September 1, 2023, for users with accounts established before January 1, 2023. See our original article, DOL Announces 5500 Process Changes Beginning in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>New users registering for an EFAST2 User ID and PIN were required to register for both accounts beginning in January 2023.
